1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "neko4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://neko4d.asia and its associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the neko4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created through our platform that allows access to gaming services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by neko4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other gaming activities.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into your Account balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any neko4d services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and neko4d. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use neko4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit underage gambling. During account registration and at any time thereafter, we may require you to provide proof of age through government-issued identification documents.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of accessing our services. Our platform is designed specifically for Indonesian residents. Users attempting to access services from restricted jurisdictions will have their accounts suspended or terminated.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with neko4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of neko4d or any of our gaming providers. You must not be a close relative of any such person.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities through any self-exclusion program, either with neko4d or any other gambling operator.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with neko4d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth demonstrating you are at least 21 years of age
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to keep your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately via email at [email protected] or through live chat.

neko4d implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your account, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication when available for enhanced protection.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

neko4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or card photograph)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

We may restrict account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals, until satisfactory verification is completed. Documents must be clear, legible, and show all relevant information. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

neko4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited instantly or within 15 minutes depending on the payment method and banking hours. neko4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your account are legally yours, not derived from illegal activities, and that you have full authority to deposit them. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000
• Maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 (higher amounts may be split across multiple transactions)
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related winnings

Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, verification status, and time of request. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours may experience delays. We aim to process all valid withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to conduct additional security checks that may extend processing time up to 72 hours.

neko4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur an administrative fee of 2.5% of the withdrawal amount or Rp 25,000, whichever is higher.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

neko4d operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in accordance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted (the "1x turnover requirement"). This policy prevents our platform from being used as a money transfer service. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

neko4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or payment method
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (slots typically 100%, table games and live casino may contribute less)
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds (typically Rp 25,000 per bet)
• Bonuses have expiry dates, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from your account

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for our 100% welcome bonus up to Rp 20,000,000 on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to an 8x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 16,000,000 (Rp 2,000,000 × 8) before you can withdraw any winnings. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and wagered within 30 days of activation.

6.3 Cashback Program

Our weekly cashback program returns between 0.5% and 1.2% of your net losses each week, depending on your VIP tier. Cashback is calculated on Monday for the previous week (Monday to Sunday) and credited to your account automatically. Cashback has no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately or used for gameplay.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

neko4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, including but not limited to: exceeding maximum bet limits, playing restricted games, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any other form of bonus abuse. Our decision regarding bonus disputes is final.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on neko4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be altered. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by game providers and verified by independent testing laboratories.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are governed by the rules published by neko4d and the respective sports governing bodies. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports organization. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, except where the outcome has already been determined. For football betting, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all markets are settled on 90 minutes of play plus injury time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for settlement unless specifically stated.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or incorrect odds display, neko4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. If you notice an obvious error (such as incorrect odds or game malfunction), you must report it immediately and refrain from exploiting the error. Winnings from obvious errors will be voided.

7.4 Disconnections

If your connection is lost during gameplay, completed bets or game rounds will stand and be settled normally. Uncompleted game rounds may be voided or completed automatically depending on the game type. For live casino games, if you disconnect, the dealer will complete your hand according to standard game rules. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.

8. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using bots, scripts, collusion, or any form of automated play; exploiting software vulnerabilities; using insider information in sports betting
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim additional bonuses
• Money Laundering: Using neko4d to transfer, hide, or legitimize funds from illegal sources
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without valid reason; filing false disputes with banks or payment providers
• Account Sharing: Allowing other individuals to access or use your account
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or customer support staff
• Jurisdictional Violations: Accessing neko4d from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account or gamble through your account

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Security and Data Protection

neko4d employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and financial transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology during transmission. Your password is stored using one-way cryptographic hashing, meaning even our staff cannot view your actual password.

We regularly update our security systems and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect against unauthorized access, hacking, and data breaches. However, you acknowledge that no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• neko4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We are not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, banking system failures, or any other event beyond our reasonable control
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security, including but not limited to sharing your password or falling victim to phishing attacks
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of neko4d services is limited to the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is lower
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you gamble at your own risk. neko4d does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held responsible for gambling losses.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by neko4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Reasons for account termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration
• Creating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms
• Collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity
• Failed identity verification
• Requesting chargebacks or payment reversals without justification
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses and ill-gotten gains from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges.

11.2 Self-Exclusion by User

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting customer support. You may also request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently) through our Responsible Gaming tools. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and industry best practices. While neko4d operates internationally, our services are specifically designed for and marketed to residents of Indonesia.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree that any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over the matter, and that proceedings will be conducted in English.
